We are an employement agency for dancers and professionals in the field of dance.
In order to help you find permanent employment we are in close contact with many dance employers in Germany and various neighboring countries: Theatres, Artistic Directors, Companies, Choreographers.
When joining ZAV-Künstlervermittlung TANZ you benefit from the personal recommendations, expertise, and professional network of our agents, who have themselves been Dancers, Choreographers and Artistic Directors. Our service is free of charge.
For dancers we regularly hold our ZAV Audition Days which are designed like a typical company audition. When you participate we can get a more profound idea of you as a dance artist and see how we could support you. Information on how to apply please see ZAV Audition Days below.

ZAV-Audition Days
From September 2025 all upcoming dates of the new season will be published here. Then you can apply directly to your preferred ZAV-Audition Day in the City of your choice.
You are welcome to apply already now and we will notify you by e-mail instead.
Please apply to us the same way you would send an application to your favorite dance company. We accept CVs only in pdf format and your dance videos only as video links (YouTube or Vimeo). Your email, including all attachments, must not exceed 6MB in total.

Team
Jutta Ebnother
Jutta Ebnother, born in Breisach am Rhein and raised in Stuttgart, received her dance training at the Hogeschool vor de Kunsten in Amsterdam and at the Academy of Dance in Mannheim. Her first engagements as a dancer took her to the Landestheater Detmold and the Staatstheater Kassel, where she also created her first choreographies. From 2004-2016, Jutta Ebnother was ballet director at the Theater Nordhausen and from 2016-2021 she was ballet director and choreographer at the Mecklenburgisches Staatstheater in Schwerin. As a guest choreographer, she has created at various theaters in Germany: Stadttheater Gießen, Anhaltisches Theater Dessau, Deutsche Tanzkompanie Neustrelitz. Jutta was also invited as a guest trainer for classical dance at many theaters and workshops in Germany. She has often been invited to dance festivals in Germany and abroad with her choreographies. In 2016, Jutta Ebnother was named among the outstanding choreographers by the magazine “Dance for You” and in 2009 she was a dance teacher and juror at the Dance Brasil Festival in Brasilia. Since October 2023, Jutta Ebnother has been working for ZAV-Künstlervermittlung Tanz in Leipzig. She is also a certified BASI® Pilates trainer for mat and equipment.
