ZAV-Künstlervermittlung TANZ
We are professionals in bringing artists and employers together

We are an employement agency for dancers and professionals in the field of dance.
In order to help you find permanent employment we are in close contact with many dance employers in Germany and various neighboring countries: national and municipal theatres, companies, artistic directors, producers and choreographers.
These can be a wide variety of dance styles: classical, neoclassical, contemporary, dance theatre, and even show and musical dance.
After being accepted into our artist agency, you will benefit from the personal recommendations, expertise and professional network of our team, who were themselves dancers, choreographers and artistic directors. Our service is free.
The basic requirement for dancers to be accepted is participation in one of our ZAV Audition Days, which we are regularly holding in around 10 cities per season. Participants complete a typical audition process as an example. This is the only way our team can gain a comprehensive understanding of your skills as a dance artist and assess how we might be able to place you.
Please format your application to us the same way you would an email application to your favorite dance company or production.
Send us your CV only in PDF format, and recent videos of your dance performances only as video links (YouTube or Vimeo). Subject: ZAV Audition Day
If you would like to introduce yourself as a ballet master/mistress, assistant, choreographer, dramaturge, manager, ballet director or artistic director, please send us your documents (only in PDF format) and work examples only as video links (YouTube or Vimeo). Subject: >Your desired position<
Send Application / Portfolio / General inquiries to zav.audition@arbeitsagentur.de
